摘要：CIP 清洗在食品、饮料、生物制药、化工特别是在乳品工业生产中应用广泛。采用自动CIP 清洗的企业也越来越多，但CIP 清洗在应用中也存在一些问题，该文从设计及应用上阐述其设计过程及注意事项。

Abstract: CIP is widely used in food，beverage，bio-pharmaceutical and chemical industries，especially in dairy industry.There are also more and more automatic CIP cleaning，and there are some problems in the application of CIP cleaning. Thispaper expounds the design process and matters needing attention in the design and application.
