大米中重金属镉测定方法的改进

摘  要:本文研究了大米中镉的测定,主要考察了不同基质的硝酸、不同的消解液体系、基改剂使用与否,以及不同的原子化温度对测定结果的影响。得出最佳的样品前处理方法及测定条件:加入优级纯硝酸8mL进行微波消解,测定过程不需要加基改剂,原子化温度2000℃。此方法回收率为100.0%,精密度为2.7%。

Improve on Determination Method of HeavyMetal Cadmiumin Rice

Abstract: This paper aims on studying the determination of cadmium in rice,mainly focusing on the impact of nitric acidof different substrate,different digestion system,application of gm agent,and the atomization temperature on theresult. The best sample pre-treatment and determination condition are: 8mL pure nitric acid of Merk level for microwavedigestion;no gm agent is needed in nitrate determination process;atomization temperature is 2000℃ . Recovery rate is100% and precision is 2.7% in this method.
