摘 要:低碳经济是近年来全球范围内提倡的经济模式,近年来,国家大力推动低碳经济发展,出台了一系列政 策。食品行业虽然不是“碳减排”重点关注的行业,但是在相关政策背景下,部分食品企业未雨绸缪,开始探索研究 “碳中和”,开发相关产品。本文系统性地整理了“碳减排”有关政策,收集了零碳食品、低碳食品相关标准规范及行 业发展情况,分析了食品工业中的碳排放源及减碳策略,为食品行业低碳发展提供思路。

The Current Development Status of Zero Carbon Food and Low-Carbon Foodunder the Background of Low-Carbon Economy

Abstract: Low-carbon economy is an economic model advocated globally. In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the development of low-carbon economy and issued a series of policies. Although the food industry is not the focus of“Carbon Emission Reduction”,some food companies have started to explore“Carbon neutrality”and develop related products in the context of relevant policies. In this paper,the related policies of“Carbon Emission Reduction”are systemically arranged,the standards of zero- carbon food and low- carbon food as well as the development of the industry are collected,and the carbon emission sources and carbon reduction strategies in the food industry are analyzed,for the food industry to provide low-carbon development ideas.
