摘 要：石榴皮中富含多酚类物质，具有抗氧化、抗菌、抗炎、抗癌等功效，在食品加工、医疗保健、饲料加工、化工生 产方面有良好的利用前景。但石榴皮在石榴加工行业的利用率不高，不仅造成资源浪费，还会造成一定的环境污 染。文章阐述了石榴皮多酚不同的提取方法、功能活性及应用价值，旨在为石榴皮的综合利用及石榴加工行业的绿 色可持续发展提供参考。

Research Progress on Extraction Technology and Bioactivity of Polyphenols from Pomegranate Peel

Abstract: Pomegranate peel is rich in polyphenols，which have antioxidant，antibacterial，anti- inflammatory， anticancer and other effects，and has good prospects in food processing，medical care，feed processing，chemical production. However，the utilization rate of pomegranate peel in pomegranate processing industry is not high，which causes both waste of resources，but also causes certain environmental pollution. This paper expounds the different extraction methods，functional activities and application values of pomegranate peel polyphenols，aiming to provide references for the comprehensive utilization of pomegranate peel and the green and sustainable development of pomegranate processing industry.
