摘 要:本文系统综述了L-α-甘磷酸胆碱的主要检测方法及其研究进展,包括液相色谱法(如高效液相色谱-蒸发 光散射检测器/示差折光检测器法、离子色谱-电化学检测法)、色谱串联质谱法、滴定法、核磁共振波谱法、薄层色谱 法以及分光光度法等。重点探讨了各方法的原理、适用场景、技术特点及其在原料分析、工艺监控、杂质鉴定与生物 样本检测中的具体应用。本文旨在为相关行业提供技术参考,并展望未来检测方法在灵敏度、高通量、自动化及与 组学技术融合等方面的发展趋势。

Research Progress on Detection Methods of L-α-Glycerylphosphorylcholine

Abstract: This paper provides a systematic review of the main detection methods and research progress of L-α-GPC, including liquid chromatography methods(such as high-performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detection/differential refractive index detection,ion chromatography with electrochemical detection), chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry, titration, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, thin- layer chromatography,and spectrophotometry. The principles,applicable scenarios,technical characteristics,and specific applications in raw material analysis,process monitoring,impurity identification,and biological sample testing of each method are highlighted. This paper aims to offer technical references for relevant industries and to explore the future development trends of detection methods in terms of sensitivity,high throughput,automation,and integration with omics technologies.
