摘 要：药食同源物质具备良好的功能性与安全性，近年来备受国家相关政策的支持。药食同源植物加工成的植 物饮料，保留了药食同源植物中的营养成分与健康功能，且饮用方便，符合消费者对健康的追求，具有广阔的市场前 景。本文通过阐述药食同源植物饮料的发展历程和产业现状，研究具有代表性的药食同源植物现状并进行展望，为 药食同源植物饮料产业高质量发展提供参考。 关键词：药食同源；植物饮料；展望

Research Progress on Botanical Beverages Utilizing Food-Medicine Homologous Ingredients

Abstract: Herbal plants with the food- medicine homologous properties possess excellent functional，safety，and policy support advantages. Processing these herbal plants into beverages not only retains the nutritional components of the herbal plants but also is convenient to consume and aligns with consumers' pursuit of health. The market prospect for herbal plant beverage is broad. However，there are also issues such as insufficiently perfect regulations and standards，and a lack of product innovation. This article elaborates on the historical evolution，development process， and industry status of herbal plant beverages，studies the current situation of representative herbal plants and makes a forecast，providing a reference for the high-quality development of the herbal plant beverage industry.
