摘要：市场上饮料套标机多适用于PET 材质的圆形饮料瓶，本文针对方形瓶套标过程中出现无标、卡标、高标、低标、歪标、接头标、标签左右倾斜、颈标与居中率不良等多种缺陷，对方形饮料瓶套标机进行升级设计，分别从标签居中率改良、标刀升级、套标收缩炉蒸汽喷口升级、切刀刀盘定位升级等方面进行优化研究。结果表明，套标机升级后方形瓶的套标合格率达99%，成品居中率达95%，高低标、毛刺标、歪标、裂标检出率均达到＜1%，提高了生产效率，节约了成本。本研究为方形瓶套标提供了套标机升级的参考依据。

Study on Upgrading of Square Type Beverage Bottle Cover Label

Abstract: The beverage sleeve marking machine in the market is mostly suitable for PET round beverage bottles. Inthis paper，the square bottle sleeve marking machine was designed to upgrade the square bottle sleeve markingmachine in view of the defects such as no label，jammed label，incorrect position label，distorted label，jointedlabel，tilted label，neck label and poor centering rate. The research was carried out including the improvement oflabel center rate，the upgrading of marking tool，the upgrading of steam nozzle and the positioning of cutter head.The results showed that the qualified rate of square bottle could reach 99% ，the intermediate rate of finishedproductwas 95%，the detection rate of high and lowlabel，burrlabel，distortedlabel and crack label was<1%. Itimproved the production efficiency and saved the cost. This study provides a reference for the upgrade of squarebottle marking machine.
