食品工程技术专业中高本课程体系衔接 建设研究

摘要:近年来中等职业教育与高等教育衔接过程中出现的问题引起了教育界和社会的广泛关注。国家大力提倡“双高”计划和“现代职业教育体系”的建设,为进一步推进中等职业教育与高等教育衔接,构建一体化培养人才体系创造了条件。通过研究中职、高职和职业本科专业人才培养方案与课程衔接的有效建设途径,从培养目标、课程设置、教学组织形式等方面提出了一体化建设的基本思路和方案。

Research on the Connection Construction of Middle and High Course System in FoodEngineering Technology

Abstract: In recent years,the problems arised in the process of connecting secondary vocational education andhigher education have aroused widespread attention from the education community and society. The state vigorouslyadvocates the construction of the“double high”plan and the“modern vocational education system”,which hascreated conditions for further promoting the connection between secondary vocational education and higher educationand building an integrated talent training system. Through the study on the effective construction of the connectionbetween the training program and the curriculum of vocational and vocational undergraduate professionals,the basicideas and plans of integrated construction were proposed from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum design,and teaching organization forms.
