杀菌机各段传热系数的选取范围

摘要:杀菌一般要分预热、加热、冷却几个段来完成杀菌任务,在这几个段中均为同一物料介质,而一旦参数发生了变化,所使用的预热、加热或冷却的介质也会发生改变,所以传热系数也就不可能完全一样,本文进行阐述。

Abstract: Sterilization is generally divided into preheating, heating, cooling several sections to complete thesterilization task,the same material medium are in these sections,but once the parameters change,the use ofpreheating,heating or cooling medium also changed,so the heat transfer coefficient can not be exactly the same asthis elaboration. This paper expounds the above contents.Key words: sterilizer;heat transfer coefficient of each section;range of selection;apply the effect
