高效液相色谱法测定饮料中6 种有机酸

摘要:建立同时测定饮料中6 种有机酸的高效液相色谱法。采用Waters RP18 色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相以乙腈:0.1%磷酸溶液(pH 2.24)=5∶95(V/V)等度模式程序,流速0.5mL/min,紫外检测器波长为210nm,柱温30℃。结果表明,优化条件后乳酸、酒石酸、富马酸、柠檬酸、丁二酸、苹果酸6 种有机酸能有效分离,相关系数r分别为1.0000,1.0000,1.0000,0.99996,0.99998,0.99996。平均回收率分别为97.54%,97.51%,97.11%,97.35%,101.1%,97.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<3.0%。该方法灵敏度高、准确性好。本研究为食品质量的综合控制提供了有益的信息。

Determination of 6 Kinds of Organic Acids in Drinks by HPLC

Abstract: The aim was to develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of six organic acids in drinks. TheWaters RP18 column (4.6mm× 250mm,5microm)was adopted with acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid as themobile phase at a equal mode program(pH 2.24). The flow rate was 0.5mL/min,The wavelength of the ultravioletdetector is 210nm,and column temperature was 30℃.The results showed that after optimizing the conditions,thetartaric acid,lactic acid,citric acid,succinic acid,and fumaric acid can be effectively separated,correlationcoefficient were 1.0000,1.0000,1.0000,0.99996,0.99998,0.99996 respectively. The average recoveries the correlationcoefficients were 97.54%,97.51%,97.11%,97.35%,101.1%,97.8%,respectively. The relative standard deviations(RSD) were all less than 3.0% . The method has high sensitivity and accuracy. This work provided helpfulinformation for comprehensive quality control of food.
