摘要：功能糖和糖醇是一类具有特定功能用途的糖和糖醇，种类繁多，功能多样，在食品、医药等行业广泛应用，近年来发展迅速。功能糖和糖醇的功能主要包括生理功能和物理功能两大类。本文对功能糖和糖醇进行分类，重点归纳介绍了功能糖和糖醇的生理功能、物理特性及其应用。

Abstract: Functioal sugar and alditol is a kind of sugar and alditol with speacial function and uses. There are a widevariety of functional sugar and alditol which is widely used in food，medicine and other fields because of itsversatile. The functions mainly include physiological functions and physical functions. In this paper functioal sugarand alditol are classified，and the physiological functions，physical properties and applications of functional sugarsugar alcohols are summarized and introduced.
