摘要:随着对真空冷冻干燥技术的不断研究以及相关设备的不断创新升级,该技术已经在很多行业有了应用,包括食品行业及药食同源原料行业,解决了很多优质原料储存和运输问题,得到了更高品质和口感的创新产品,也推动了优质饮料产品的创新。文中对该技术在食品和中草药行业的应用进行了阐述,拟为其更多的应用提供思路。

Application of Freeze-drying Technology in Food and Chinese Herbal Medicine Industry

Abstract: With the research of freeze drying technology and relevant equipment innovation,this technology has been used in many industries,including the food industry and drug homologous food raw materials industry,solving the problem of storage and transportation of the raw material,the innovative products of higher quality and taste is emerging,and promoted the quality of beverage products innovation. In this paper,the application of this technology in food and Chinese herbal medicine industry is described,which will provide more ideas for its application.
