采用列管式预热器如何进行分程

摘要:盘管预热一般是以螺旋盘管的形式缠绕在蒸发器换热管的外部或者是独立预热,如在多效降膜蒸发器中很多都是采用这种预热方式,利用末效二次蒸汽预热进料就是采用独立的盘管预热。物料在盘管中的流速一般按1.2m/s 选取,壳程蒸汽流速按40~50m/s 选取。一般计算管内径超过57mm 时,就应该考虑采用列管式预热器,因为管子直径过大,会存在制造困难和预热效果下降两方面的缺点。

Howto Use a Tube-type Preheater for Splitting

Abstract: Coil preheating is generally wound on the outside of the evaporator heat exchange tube in the form of a spiral coil or is independently preheated. For example,in multi-effect falling film evaporators,this preheating method is used. The secondary steam preheating feed is the use of independent coil preheating. The velocity of material in the coil is generally selected at 1.2m/s,and the velocity of steam at the shell side is selected at 40~50m/s. Generally,when the inner diameter of the tube is more than 57mm,a tube-type preheater should be considered. Because the tube diameter is too large,it will have the disadvantages of manufacturing difficulties and reduced preheating effect.
