均质机远程自动控制系统设计

摘要:高压均质机在饮料行业已得到广泛应用,但均质机安全运行需要满足很多技术要求,这些一般都是通过巴氏杀菌系统来实现。在没有配置巴氏杀菌系统的情况下,根据均质机技术要求,结合现有的配料管路工艺和均质机自带的本地控制系统,优化和调整原来的管路工艺,设计了一套均质机远程控制系统。详细介绍了管路工艺主要元件功能及选型要求;介绍了自动控制系统硬件配置及生产、清洗控制过程,该系统提高了均匀机运行的安全性、可靠性和稳定性。相对于本地人工操作,远程自动控制减少了未经均质的物料排放,提高了均匀质量和清洗效果,避免了清洗过程人工操作存在的风险。

Design of Remote Automatic Control Systemfor HomogenizerCHEN Hao-yang

Abstract: High pressure homogenizer has been widely used in the beverage industry,but the safety operation ofhomogenizer,needs a lot of technical requirements. It is usually realized the Pasteurization machine. In the absence ofPasteurization machine and we according to the technical requirements of homogenizer and according to the localcontrol system and P&ID diagram,we adjusted and optimized the pipeline to design a set of homogeneous machineremote control system. This paper introduces the new pipeline process ,components functions and components selectionrequirements,and also introduces the automatic control system hardware configuration and production,cleaning controlprocess. This system can improve the safety,reliability and stability of homogenizer. Compared with the local manualoperation,the remote automatic control model reduces the discharge of materials without homogenization,improves theuniform quality and the cleaning effect,and avoids the risks of manual operation in the cleaning process.
