摘要:该文主要结合饮料质量安全管理经验,从推荐性质量标准和食品安全国家标准角度,在微生物复检、标签标识、理化要求、产品分类、产品保质期等方面探讨饮料相关标准在执行过程中存在的疑惑和问题,并提出风险交流在标准制修订和执行中的重要性。

Discussion on Common Problems of Beverage Related Standards

Abstract: Based on the experience of beverage quality and safty management,this paper mainly discussed the doubts andproblems in the implementation of beverage related standards from the aspects of recommended quality standards,foodsafety standards. The contents include microbiological re-examination,labeling,physical and chemical requirements,product classification,product shelf-life,and so on. Also we proposed the importance of risk communication in standardrevision and implementation.
