食品生产企业如何进行合规性评价

摘要:食品安全合规评价是实施食品安全管理体系的重要基础性工作之一。尽管各食品企业均定期开展,但评价方式和评价结果各异。通过对相关法律法规及其他要求进行识别和解读,结合食品企业实际情况,初步建立了适合食品饮料企业的合规性评价方法。

Evaluation of the Compliance Management for Food Company

Abstract: The evaluation of food safety compliance is one of the important basic tasks to implement the food safetymanagement system. Although the food enterprises are regularly carried out,the evaluation methods and evaluation resultsare different.Based on the identification and interpretation of relevant laws and regulations and other requirements,thispaper preliminarily establishes a standardized evaluation method for food and beverage enterprises based on the actualsituation of food enterprises.
