我国米汁饮料研究进展

摘要:最近几年米汁饮料成为我国快速发展的一种新颖的饮料,其类型丰富具备广阔的市场发展潜力。该研究综合分析了有关专利和文献,对米汁饮料从原料到产品成品的加工工艺和研究进展展开了综述。

Research Progress of Rice Juice Beverage

Abstract: Rice juice beverage is the new-type beverage which is developed rapidly in recent years. It has abundanttypes and good market development prospect. The research comprehensively analysis related documents and patents. Itsummarizes the processing technology on the rice juice beverage from raw material to finished product and the researchprogress.
