天然化合物姜黄素的生物学作用综述

摘要:姜黄素是提取自姜黄的一种多酚类化合物,是姜黄发挥生物学及药理作用的主要活性成分。近年的研究证明了姜黄素具有多种生物学作用,如抗炎、抗肿瘤、护肝、抗氧化、清除自由基、抑菌等,有较好的临床应用前景。关键词:姜黄素;生物学作用;综述

Summary on the Bioactivities of Natural Compound of Curcumin

Abstract: Curcumin,a polyphenol compounds extracted from turmeric is the main active ingredient of turmeric withbiological and pharmacological activities. Recent studies have proved that curcumin possesses a variety of biologicaleffects,including anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,liver protection,anti-oxidation,radical scavenging,anti-bacteria,etc.It is promising for clinical application.
