摘要：甾体皂苷具有很强的生物活性和广泛的药理作用，在合成临床药物上有广阔的发展前景。该文对近年来此方面的文献进行归纳整理、分析和总结，阐述甾体皂苷的分离纯化工艺和含量测定方法，以期为其开发应用提供一定的技术参考。

Research Status of Methods for Separation Purification and Quantitative Determination of SteroidalSaponins

Abstract: Steroidal saponins are normally with good biological activities and wide pharmacologic action，which hasbroad prospects for development for synthesizing clinical drugs. The paper is to collect，analyze and review relevantliteratures on the study of steroidal sapnins in recent years. Meanwhile，it elaborates the separation purification craft andthe measuring method of steroidal sapnins，aiming to provide a technical reference for development and utilization ofsteroidal sapnins.
