PET树脂及其制品中乙醛含量的测定不确定度评定

摘要:依据SN/T 3385-2012《食品接触材料高分子材料聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂及其制品中乙醛的测定顶空气相色谱法》规定的检测方法,通过从生产、抽样、样品前处理和仪器分析等完整流程,客观、详细地计算引入不确定度。当置信概率约为95%,扩展因子k=2,试样乙醛含量为0.482滋g/g 时,其扩展不确定度为0.057滋g/g,结果显示,对合成标准不确定度贡献较大的是样品测量重复性、标准溶液配制到标准曲线的建立过程、样品的前处理。

Uncertainty Evaluation in Determining Acetaldehyde Content in Bottle Grade PET Resin and Article

Abstract: Accordingtothe detectionmethodspecifiedin SN/T3385-2012“Food contactmaterials—Polymer—Determination of acetaldehyde in polyethylene terephthalate(PET)resin and article—Headspace gas chromatography”,the uncertainty is calculated objectively in detail through a complete process from production,sampling,sample pretreatment and
instrumental analysis.When the confidence probability is about 95%,the expansion factor,k=2,and the acetaldehyde content is 0.482滋g/g,the extended uncertainty is 0.057滋g/g. The results show that what contribute a lot to the combined standard uncertainty are the measurement repeatability,the establishment process from the standard solution preparation to the standard curve,and the sample pretreatment.
