香港特区饮料中危害物限量法规综述

摘要:本文对中国香港特区饮料中危害物(包括污染物、毒素、农药残留、微生物等)限量法规进行了分析研究,与国内法规进行对比,旨在指导国内饮料企业对出口香港的饮料进行危害物限量管理。

Summary of Regulations on Limits of Hazardous Substances for Drinks in Hong Kong

Abstract: This paper analyzed and studied the regulations on limits of hazardous substances(including contaminants,toxins,pesticide residues,microorganisms,etc.)for beverages in Hong Kong,China. It was compared with domestic regulations to guide the export of beverage products to Hong Kong in hazardous substance management.
