果汁废水紧凑、稳定和节能型处理系统设计

摘要:果汁废水CODcr 浓度高,氮、磷含量低,碱度低,企业要求处理系统占地少、运行稳定、节能。设计采用格栅/ 集水池+ 综合塔+IC 反应器+ 高塔好氧反应器+ 二沉池+ 过滤池工艺,运行中投加碱和N、P 营养盐等措施,CODcr 去除率约99%,可稳定达到当地排放标准。采用延时曝气,剩余污泥厌氧消化减量,污泥脱水后作为有机肥,沼气回收产热水,运行费用低,二次污染少,资源循环利用。95%的处理构筑物采用塔式碳钢结构,占地少,施工周期短,后续离厂土地修复成本低。

Design of a Compact,Stable and Energy-saving Treatment Systemfor Juice Wastewater

Abstract: The juice wastewater had high CODcr concentration,low nitrogen and phosphorus content,and low alkalinity.The enterprise required the processing system to cover less land,with stable operation and energy saving. The design adopted grid/sink + integrated tower + IC reactor + high tower aerobic reactor + secondary sedimentation tank + filter tank process. In the operation,adding alkali,N and P nutrients and other measures,the CODcr removal rate was about 99%,which can reach the local emission standard stably. Delayed aeration,residual sludge anaerobic digestion and reduction,sludge dewatering as organic fertilizer,biogas recovery for producing hot water,the advantages of these measures were low operating costs,less secondary pollution,resource recycling. 95% of the treated structures adopted a tower-type carbon steel structure,which occupied less land,had a short construction period,and subsequent off-site land restoration costs were low.
