Abstract: This paper gave a report about the development of low/no sugar health industry have become inevitable tendency.According to the market situation of low/no sugar beverage industry，it needs to reduce the amount of added sugar. Then，the application trend analysis of high intensity sweeteners in beverage industry was illustrated in detail.
