山楂汁饮料的发展浅析

摘要:山楂汁是以山楂为主要原料制作而成。该文从时间发展,地域发展,产品种类,产品定位和产品稳定性角度简要分析了山楂汁饮料目前的发展现状,并对山楂汁饮料的未来发展进行了分析。提出发酵山楂汁饮料和复合山楂汁饮料可能是未来山楂汁饮料发展的新方向。同时也对目前山楂汁饮料的技术创新情况进行了分析。

Analysis of the Development of Hawthorn Juice Beverage

Abstract: Hawthorn juice is made from hawthorn. From time development,geographical development,product categoryand product positioning,the present development status of hawthorn juice beverage was briefly analyzed and the futuredevelopment of hawthorn juice beverage was analyzed in this article. It was suggested that fermented hawthorn juicebeverage and compound hawthorn juice beverage may be a new direction for the development of hawthorn juice beveragein the future. At the same time,the technological innovation of hawthorn juice beverage were analyzed.
