列管式UHT的热回收率的探讨

摘要:在列管式UHT 的应用中,热回收率的提高具有很大的意义,在减少蒸汽消耗量的同时,还可以减少用于将热回收后的产品冷却到灌装温度时所需要的冷却水的消耗。通过在不同的热水流量下,对热回收率与换热面积的关系进行比较发现,可通过降低热水流量,增加换热面积来提高热回收率。当热回收率的提高一定程度后,再提高时所需要的换热面积会显著增加,因此,确定合适的热回收率,使设备的制造成本和生产成本控制在合理的范围内,是很重要的。

Discussion on Heat Recovery Rate of Tubular UHT

Abstract: Improving heat recove ry rate is highly meaningful for applications of tubular UHT,because at the time ofdecreased steam consumption,the cooling water consumption can also be decreased which is required for cooling theproduct after heat recycling process to the filling temperature. Comparing heat recovery rate and heat exchange area underthe different hot water flow,it can be found out that heat recovery rate is achieved by reducing flow of hot water and addingheat exchange area. As the heat recovery rate increases to a certain extent,further increasing of heat recovery efficiencywill require much more area. Therefore,determining suitable heat exchange area,to control the equipment manufacturingcost and production cost in a reasonable range,is very important.
