饮料生产技术在线开放课程建设与应用

摘要:工业4.0时代高等学校的课程建设迎来了信息化和现代化。教师将课程与企业的实际需要紧密结合,对课程体系进行重构,课程资源碎片化。饮料生产技术在线开放课程将传统的教学模式变更为课堂学习与在线学习相结合的“混合式教学”模式,评价方式由终结性评价改为过程评价。在线开放课程以学生为主体,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的自主学习能力;同时提高了教师的信息化水平,教师美化课件、制作视频和微课的能力也得以提升。

Construction and Application of the Online Open Course for Beverage Production Technology

Abstract: The course construction of colleges and universities in the era of industrial 4.0 gets into information andmodernization. Teachers combine curriculums with the actual needs of the enterprises,restructure curriculum system,and scrape curriculum resources. The online opening course of the beverage production technology changes thetraditional teaching mode to the“mixed teaching”mode. The classroom learning and online learning are combined. Theonline opening course takes the students as the main body,enhances the students' learning interest and improves thestudent’s autonomous learning ability. At the same time,the teacher’s information level is improved. The teacher’sability of beautifying the courseware,making video and micro-courses can also be improved.
